Senior wide receiver Jake Allen had a great week in spite of the loss to Mary Hardin-Baylor.  Allen became the all-time receiving yards leader in MC history against LaGrange in the previous week.  Against the Crusaders, Allen caught 11 passes for 185 yards and two touchdowns.  The two scores made him the all-time leader in touchdown receptions in MC history with 21. 

Allen has caught 38 passes for 718 yards and seven touchdowns in 2007.  The senior receiver is also on pace to break the all-time receptions record at MC.  His 102.6 yards receving per game has him ranked first in the American Southwest Conference.  Jake is headed to the Aztec Bowl after the season.
