Senior quarterback Raymond Cotton helped lead the Choctaws to a 42-21, come-from-behind victory over Belhaven on Saturday night. The Fort Meade, Md. native rushed for 158 yards and three scores, all of which came in the second half. He also completed all three of his passes in the game.

The Choctaws rushed for 500 total yards with five touchdowns on 55 carries. Cotton and sophomore quarterback Kyle Smith combined to rush for 350 yards and four scores.

Cotton and the Choctaws will be back in action this Saturday when they travel to Lake Charles, La. to face Division I-FCS McNeese State at 6:00 p.m.
