On Wednesday against William Carey, senior Lacie Patterson took the loss for Lady Choctaws, despite retiring 13 straight batters at one point. She allowed six hits and two earned runs over the complete game effort.

Against #1 Valdosta State on Friday, Patterson (6-6) allowed just four hits over a complete game effort as the Lady Choctaws handed the top-ranked Blazers just their fifth loss of the season. Patterson had four strikeouts and allowed no earned runs. 

The Lady Choctaws are finished with their regular season but will be back in action in two weeks at the National Christian College Athletic Association MidEast Regional, hosted by Lee University in Cleveland, Tenn. The schedule and participating teams have yet to be announced.
