Junior Sayit Mejia Bello (Bogota, Colombia) scored the game winning goals in both matches against Millsaps and West Georgia. 

On Tuesday afternoon, the Lady Choctaws defeated Millsaps 5-1. In the 14th minute of play Bello passed it off to senior Macey Lee to tally the first goal of the match. Bello had the game winning goal in the 26th minute as senior Nicole McKissack collected an assist.

On Friday afternoon, the Lady Choctaws had a 6-3 victory over West Georgia. In the 42nd minute of play a hand ball was called on West Georgia. Bello took the penalty kick for the Lady Choctaws and tallied her sixth goal of the season, to enter the half with a 4-2 lead. Bello finished the scoring for the Lady Choctaws off a free kick in the 52nd minute of play. Bello now leads the team with seven goals on the season.

The Lady Choctaws will be back in action on October 10th at 1:00 p.m. to host Union (Tenn).
