Junior pitcher Lacie Patterson pitched 16 scoreless innings in two complete game shutout efforts against Campbellsville (Ky.) at last week's NCCAA MidEast Regional in Clinton.

The Southaven, Miss. native is now 15-2 with a 1.29 ERA on the year. She has tossed 11 complete games, including five shutouts in 22 appearances.

Patterson and the Lady Choctaws will compete in the NCCAA Softball World Series this week in Botetourt County, Va. They will open the tournament on Thursday at noon against Campbellsville.
