Senior baseball player Spencer Wilson recorded a .308 batting average with three doubles in a series win over East Texas Baptist.

The Wiggins, Miss. native hit an RBI double in the fifth inning to help propel the Choctaws to a 7-2 win over the Tigers in the first game of the series.

Wilson and the Choctaws will be back in action on Monday night as they host Illinois Wesleyan for a single-game at 6:00 p.m. at Frierson Field.  MC will travel to Belton, Texas to face Mary Hardin-Baylor beginning with a doubleheader on Friday starting at 3:00 p.m. followed by a single-game on Saturday at 1:00 p.m.
