Senior Alexus Stirgus tallied a total of 30 points in games against conference opponents East Texas Baptist and LeTourneau this week.

The Vicksburg, Miss. native recorded a career-high 21 points in a game against ETBU. She went 6-of-9 from the field and 8-of-9 from the free throw line. She had four assists and three rebound in the contest.

She recorded nine points against LeTourneau, going 5-of-6 from the free throw line. She tallied six rebounds and one steal against the YellowJackets.

Stirgus and the Lady Choctaws will be back in action on Thursday as they face Concordia (TX) at 5:30 p.m. in Austin, Texas before traveling to Mary Hardin-Baylor on Saturday for a game at 1:00 p.m.
