Junior outfielder Michelle Cochran had a great week for the Lady Choctaws to help them sweep both LeTourneau and Millsaps College.

Against LeTourneau, Cochran went 6-7 in the doubleheader with two homeruns, a triple and a double while driving four runs. Cochran followed that performance with two more triples in a sweep of Millsaps scoring twice and driving in another run.

After joining the team late following basketball season, Cochran has four homeruns, three triples and two doubles in just 31 at bats. She leads the team with a .424 batting average and is 4-5 on stolen base attempts.
