Junior Morgan Tynes finished 9th in the 100m hurdles with a time of 16.32 and 10th in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:10.39 at the Southeastern Lion Invitational this past weekend.

Tynes and the women's track team with be back in action as they compete in the 2013 American Southwest Conference Track and Field Championships on Friday-Saturday (April 26-27) at the Hardin-Simmons University Track and Field Complex in Abilene, Texas.
