Freshman Kate Donnelly led the Lady Choctaws to a doubleheader split at home against Louisiana College last Tuesday.  Donnelly was a perfect 5-for-5 with two home runs, a double and five RBI in the two games.

For the entire week, including the NFCA Leadoff Classic in Columbus, Ga., Donnelly hit .476 with two home runs, two doubles, eight RBI and a .577 on-base percentage.

Donnelly and the Lady Choctaws will be back in action on Wednesday when they travel to face Texas-Tyler in the first ASC road games of the season.
