Senior cross country runner Jennifer Cooper finished 14th individually in the 6k race with a time of 22:44 in the LSU Invitational. She has the fastest 6k time in the American Southwest Conference this year. The Lady Choctaws finished fifth overall in the meet.

Cooper and the rest of the women's cross country team will compete in the MC/Watson Ford Invitational on October 5th on the Choctaw Trails at 4:30 p.m.
