Mississippi College senior outfielder
Bryce LaRocca has been named an Honorable Mention All-American by the Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA), capping a standout 2025 season for the Choctaws.
LaRocca's national recognition places him among the top Division II baseball players in the country. His performance this season helped lead the Choctaws offensively, finishing as the national leader in total bases (147). He also ranked among the top players in several other offensive categories including, 25th in the nation in RBI (70), 33rd in hits (83), and 42nd in home runs (16) – which is tied for second most home runs in a single season in the program's history and spearheading the team's home run total to a school record 69.
In Gulf South Conference play, LaRocca consistently ranked among the league's best, finishing second in home runs, second in runs, third in RBIs per game, and fifth in total hits.
LaRocca's selection was part of a group of 16 student-athletes named to the 2025 D2CCA All-America Honorable Mention list. The All-America teams were voted on by College Sports Communicators from institutions competing in NCAA Division II baseball.
Mississippi College finished with 35 victories this season – the third most in program history – as the team reached the regional final for the first time in its Division II history and the third all-time.
