Wallace was one of several Choctaws to stand out at the Pitt State Gorilla Classic in Pittsburg, Kan., and was named GSC Track Athlete of the Week.  Her relay squad, including Hilary Udechukwu, Taylor Benoit, and Jazmin Russell, was the first in school history to post a time under 11:40, breaking an MC record and placing 6th in the nation.  Individually, the sophomore from Hoover, Ala. broke another school record with her time in 800m of just 2:13.12, placing her atop the GSC and inside the top 50 nationally.
