Senior right-hander Ian Underwood was named the American Southwest Conference East Division Pitcher of the Week for his efforts against Huntingdon College last weekend.  Underwood went came out of the bullpen to throw six shutout innings in the season-opening win for the Choctaws.  Ian struck and five batters and scattered four hits (two of which were bunts) in the 7-3 game.
