Paulette posted the most kills by an individual in a talented field at the Springhill Suites Invitational hosted by the University of West Florida. The Tuscaloosa, Ala., native notched 54 kills and averaged 4.50 kills per set. She opened the Invitational tying a career-high with 19 kills against Wheeling University. She reset her career-high nearly 24 hours later with 21 against Spring Hill College. Sandwiched in between the two showcase performances was 14 kills vs. Oklahoma Baptist University. All three of her kill performances ranked in the top 10 among individuals for the tournament. She finished second in points for the weekend. She finished third on the team with 26 digs and fourth in blocks with five. She earned All-Tournament laurels as she was one of six to earn the accolade. Her kill total and point total were the most by any GSC player for the weekend.
