Zariah Matthews led the Lady Choctaws in scoring this week as she averaged 13.5 points in two games. She logged a career-high eight assists and six steals in the win over MUW along with 14 points. She followed that with 13 points at Christian Brothers - giving MC its third straight win in the series and third consecutive in Memphis.

Zariah leads the team in scoring with 11.9 points per game while her assists (4.1) and steals (2.9) per game ranks fourth in the GSC.

Mississippi College returns to action on Saturday, Dec. 21 as it travels to Cleveland, Miss., to face in-state and conference foe Delta State. Tip-off is set for 2 p.m.
