Lexie Laurendine capped her impressive week becoming the second Choctaw in program history to record a triple-double in the match against Montevallo. Laurendine posted a season-high 15 kills against the Falcons along with 22 assists and 12 digs. The freshman's 29 assists against West Alabama marked a season-high to start the week. She posted a pair of double-doubles earlier in the week against West Alabama (29 assists, 12 digs) and UAH (15 assists, 18 digs). She finished the week with 27 kills, a team-best 66 assists and 42 digs in three matches.
Mississippi College returns to action on Tuesday, Oct. 9 as it travels to New Orleans, La., for a non-conference tilt against Loyola University at New Orleans.
