Evan Del Rio was the top finisher for the Choctaws at the Rhodes College Invitational. The Huntsville, Texas, native posted a time of 25:55.6 in the 8K race as he finished fifth out of a field of 183. The 8K time marks a season-best for the freshman.

Mississippi College returns to action on Saturday, Sept. 29 as it travels to Louisville, Ky., for the Greater Louisville Classic.
