MEET INFORMATION

** ENTRY DEADLINE – Monday, April 20, 2009 - Noon (12:00pm)**

Entry Procedure:

            Entries will be online at the following link

Entry Opens on April 10^th, and Closes on April 20^th at Noon.

                        You can change your entries anytime during that time. Once

                        The Entries have been closed, only scratches can be made.

Posting Entries:

            Once I have received all entries on Monday,  April 20, 2009,

            I will email a performance list to all the coaches on Monday night

            I will also post the performance list on our www.gochoctaws website.

            We will not print heat sheets until everyone has checked in on Friday and

            made scratches.

Facility:

            The Track is an 8 Lane, 42” lanes, Beynon track system. It is located in

            Robinson Hale Football Stadium.  High Jump, 2 Long Jump Pits, and Shot Put are

            located on the north side of the track. Triple Jump and Pole Vault is located on the

            south end of the track. The Discus/Hammer, and Javelin areas are located on the

            football practice field just north of the football stadium, and is within walking

            distance of the track.

Concessions:

            The concession stand will be open and is behind the home bleachers.

Shower Facilities:

            Shower Facilities will be available in the Field house and Coliseum.

            YOU MUST BRING OWN TOWELS.

ASC Championship T-Shirts:

            T-Shirts will be sold for $15 each. You need to place your order for them when you send your entries. They will be ready to pick up when you arrive at MC.

            Just get me the total number by sizes. See the form enclosed.

Spikes:

            3/16” or ¼” pyramid spikes will be acceptable on the track.

            The Javelin area is all grass (including runway)  Longer Spikes may be used in

            that event.

Parking:

            Park all vehicles in the South parking lot (the parking lot on the south end of the football stadium towards Hwy 80). Athletes entrance is located on the south end of the stadium next to the field house.
