2010 Mississippi College - College Twilight Invitational

 

 

When:             Friday, April 9, 2010  

 

 

Time:              1:00pm Field Events

                        4:00pm Track Events

 

Entry:             Registration Opens March 18, 2010, and closes April 7th, 2010.

                        Entries will be online at directathletics.com

                        You may adjust your roster at anytime during the entry process, but there will be

                        No Changes or Additions at the meet.

 

Entry Fee:      $100 for Women, $100 for Men.  $10 for Individual entries

                        (Individual Entries must be emailed directly to bard@mc.edu)

 

                        Do Not Mail Entry Fee, Bring It To The Meet.

 

Awards:         Team Trophy to the top Men’s and Women’s Team

 

Directions:      From I-20 take Exit 35 (Clinton-Raymond Rd.) You can see the campus from I-20.

                        Turn right on Hwy 80, and the campus and stadium will be on your left. Turn left into

                        The lower football stadium parking lot and park in that parking lot.

 

Shower Facilities:      There will be shower facilities available, but you must bring your own towels.

 

Team Areas:  Teams are allowed to set up their “camps” anywhere in the grass area OUTSIDE the track

                        Not on the infield.

 

Trainers:        Mississippi College Trainers will be available throughout the meet. They will         

                        Oversee any injuries sustained in the meet, but are not responsible for

“General Taping of Ankles” prior to the meet.

 

Results:           Each coach will receive results at the conclusion of the meet. Results will also be

                        Posted on our website www.gochotaws.com

 

Inclement Weather:  The meet will run as scheduled as long as there is not lightning or heavy downpours.

                        If a severe storm arrives, we will stop the meet and wait until the appropriate time to resume.

                        If it is obvious that the storm has “set in” we will call the meet and award the team trophies

at that time.
