Final Results / Team Results
CLINTON, MS -
The 2009 American Southwest Conference Track and Field Championships concluded today at Parkman Track in Clinton, MS. The McMurry men and women claimed team championships with 245 and 278 points, respectively. 

For the men, Mississippi College senior Al Winsley claimed the High Points award and the Field Athlete of the Meet. Hann Illison of McMurry took home Track Athlete of the Meet honors with Gavan Bass earning the Freshman of the Meet award. Marc Randle of UT-Tyler won the Sportsmanship award. 

For the women, Hardin-Simmons' Ashley Huston won the High Point award and Field Athlete of the Meet. Staci Jackson of Texas Lutheran was the Track Athlete of the Meet and Tiffany Wetz, also of TLU, was the Freshman of the Meet. Tammy Cash of Sul Ross State won the Sportsmanship award.

TERRE HAUTE, IN - The Mississippi College men's and women's track and field teams opened up the 2012 portion of their schedule with an indoor meet at the Rose-Hulman Invitational on Saturday.

ASC Winter/Spring All-Academic Teams
CLINTON, MS - Mississippi College had 43 student athletes recognized on the 2010-11 Winter/Spring All-Academic honor roll.  The teams were announced by the ASC office on Friday (June 3) and include the sports of basketball, baseball, golf, tennis, softball, and track & field.

ABILENE, TX - Liz Laubenberg defended her 100m Hurdle and 400m Hurdle titles at the ASC Track and Field Championships.  Her times of 15.01 and 1:03.84 respectively were her best of the season.

CLINTON, MS - The Mississippi College men's and women's track and field teams are set to compete in the American Southwest Conference Track and Field Championships beginning Friday at McMurry University.  Field events begin at 3:00 p.m. on Friday and 9:00 a.m. on Saturday with track events starting at 6:30 p.m. on Friday and 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
