Lady Choctaws Fall 3-0 to Texas Lutheran in ASC Tourney

CLINTON, MS - The Mississippi College Lady Choctaws fell 3-0 to Texas Lutheran University Friday in the first round of the American Southwest Conference Championship Tournament. The Lady Choctaws forced TLU to 34-32 in the final third game.

The Lady Choctaws opened the match with a tough 25-23 opening game loss that swung the match to TLU early. MC held a 23-21 lead in the opening game before TLU closed it out with four straight points.

TLU breezed through game two 25-7 before the challenging third game. The Lady Choctaws had four game points but couldn't pull out the hard-fought 34-32 loss that ended the match.

The Lady Choctaws finish their season with an overall record of 13-14.
