Volleyball Qualifies for First Ever ASC Tournament

CLINTON, MS - The Mississippi College volleyball team has qualified for their first ever American Southwest Conference Tournament beginning Friday, November 6th in Richardson, TX on the campus of the University of Texas at Dallas. The Lady Choctaws are in the tournament based on a loss by Mary Hardin-Baylor to UT Tyler on Friday night.

The Lady Choctaws finished with 13-13 overall record and a 6-11 conference mark which was good enough for the #3 seed in the ASC East. MC will meet Texas Lutheran in the first round of the tournament. Earlier this season, the Lady Choctaws fell to the Lady Bulldogs by a score of 3-1 after taking the first game.
