Mississippi College boasts one of the premier strength facilities in the country among Division II universities. The Charles and Aline Williams Strength Center has more than 5,000 square feet of working area and provides Choctaw athletes with top of the line equipment necessary to the success of an athletics program.
The facility was originally furnished with state of the art strength equipment made possible by the donation of Mrs. Aline Williams in memory of her husband Charles H. Williams.
The strength center contains the latest and best equipment such as Hammer strength equipment, three power clean platforms, rubberized dumbbells for Olympic lifts, three squat racks, cardiovascular equipment, and numerous other machines for use by all Mississippi college student athletes.
The strength center is located adjacent to Robinson- Hale stadium and provides a deck overlooking the football field for recruiting visits. The field can also be seen from inside the weight room with wall to wall windows on three sides of the facility.
